Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant provides support to the Executive Director and Fiscal Officer, accomplishing routine tasks that are outlined in the CSA program work plans.


Food Service Assistant - Full Time/Part Year
The Nutrition Assistant is responsible for food preparation, serving, and kitchen clean-up


Family Service Coordinator -Head Start & ECEAP - Full Time/Full Year
This position assists the Family Service Manager in the coordination, tracking and reporting of Eligibility, Recruitment, Enrollment and Attendance. The position includes responsibility for compliance with all standards related to these areas as well as supervising and mentoring Family Advocates


Aide
The Teacher Aide is responsible for assisting the Teacher and the Teacher Assistant in carrying out CSA's educational program as indicated in CDCSA’s Work Plan and CDCSA Policies and Procedures.


EHS Teacher
The Early Head Start Teacher will support and strengthen the family bond and support the parent as the child’s first and most influential teacher. The EHS Teacher will assist families to identify and meet their social service needs. The EHS Teacher will develop and implement curriculum plans that support CDCSA School Readiness Goals, conduct screening and ongoing assessment, and plan developmentally appropriate goals for individual children to promote social, emotional, physical and cognitive development. The EHS Teacher will promote and reinforce parent engagement in all areas of the program.



Parent Program Coordinator
The Parent Programs Coordinator interacts with the community and families to support Head Start-Community alliances, facilitates parent engagement in the program and in their child’s education, and supports the CDCSA Mission Statement and School Readiness Goals.

 

Teacher - HS - FT/FY
The Teacher will develop and implement integrated curriculum plans that support CDCSA School Readiness goals, conduct screening and ongoing assessment, and plan developmentally appropriate goals for individual children to promote social, emotional, physical and cognitive development. The Teacher will provide leadership, supervision, and mentoring for classroom team and volunteers.
