Classroom Aide

To support and enhance services provided to children and families. This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week.

 

Bus Driver/Maintenance

This position combines the tasks of a Bus Driver and Maintenance. This Position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week. This position requires a candidate that can be flexible, prepared, and ready to assist with the daily transportation of children and maintain the program maintenance needs for all of our facilities.

 

Lead Teacher

The Teacher will develop and implement integrated curriculum plans that support CDCSA School Readiness goals, conduct screening, and ongoing assessment, and plan developmentally appropriate goals for individual children to promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. The Teacher will provide an atmosphere that promotes and reinforces parent engagement in all areas of the program. The Teacher will provide leadership, supervision, and mentoring for the classroom team and volunteers. This position is full-time. Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week.

 

Teacher Assistant

The Teacher Assistant is responsible for assisting the Lead teacher in providing high-quality care and following CDCSA policies, procedures, and programs educational work plan. This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week. Shifts may be scheduled any time during our operating hours.

 

Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant plays an essential part in ensuring the smooth running of the Executive Director’s office, providing efficient and accurate administration support to the Executive Director and Human resources and Program Directors as needed.

Receptionist/Community & Family Outreach Assistant

The Receptionist/Community & Family Outreach Assistant provides support to the Family Advocate team and front office reception duties for the program. They are responsible for assisting the Community and Family Outreach Coordinator in facilitating the involvement of the parent in every aspect of the program. This position is full time, 40 hours per week.

 

Peshastin Site Assistant

The Peshastin Site Assistant provides support to the Peshastin Site Supervisor with classroom support, janitorial, and administrative tasks. This position also helps transport children to and from the Peshastin center in a large passenger van.
