Family Service Coordinator -Head Start & ECEAP - Full Time/Full Year
This position assists the Family Service Manager in the coordination, tracking and reporting of Eligibility, Recruitment, Enrollment and Attendance. The position includes responsibility for compliance with all standards related to these areas as well as supervising and mentoring Family Advocates
The Teacher Aide is responsible for assisting the Teacher and the Teacher Assistant in carrying out CSA's educational program as indicated in CDCSA’s Work Plan and CDCSA Policies and Procedures.
Coach - Full Time
The Education Specialist will support the Education Manager in developing, implementing, and monitoring the CDCSA Education Program; provide curriculum support, coaching and training for education staff and classroom volunteers; and design program improvements to enhance the total educational experience of the students and support the CDCSA School Readiness Goals.
Family Advocate - PY - Bridgeport Area
The Family Advocate works closely with enrolled families by supporting and connecting them with resources to meet their needs by implementing a Family Partnership Agreement and goal setting. The Family Advocate actively participates in recruitment activities and assist’s families in applying for CDCSA services in order to maintain full enrollment throughout the year.
Teacher - HS - FT/FY
The Teacher will develop and implement integrated curriculum plans that support CDCSA School Readiness goals, conduct screening and ongoing assessment, and plan developmentally appropriate goals for individual children to promote social, emotional, physical and cognitive development. The Teacher will provide an atmosphere that promotes and reinforces parent The Teacher will develop and implement integrated curriculum plans that support CDCSA School Readiness engagement in all areas of the program. The Teacher will provide leadership, supervision, and mentoring for classroom team and volunteers.
